Justin Kornreich joined HKS Real Estate Advisors full time in 2025 after completing the firm’s internship program in the summer of 2024. As a capital markets analyst, Justin supports both the underwriting and origination of real estate transactions across all asset types.

Justin began his career in commercial real estate in 2022 as an Analyst at Noam Homes Real Estate Professionals in Jerusalem. In 2024, Justin joined HKS as a Capital Markets Intern, where he evaluated more than 30 new brokerage opportunities, prepared offering memoranda, matched transactions with appropriate lenders, and delivered weekly presentations on U.S. commercial real estate market trends.

Following his internship, Justin graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in May 2025 with a degree in real estate finance. While at Indiana University, he was an active member of several organizations, including the highly selective Commercial Real Estate Workshop, where he participated in weekly, case-style competitions involving the research, underwriting, and presentation of live commercial real estate investment opportunities. Through this experience, Justin developed hands-on expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, deal structuring, and investment committee presentations across all asset classes, further strengthening the skillset he applies at HKS.
