Jerry Swartz’s illustrious career in commercial real estate began in 1970 at Sonnenblick-Goldman. In 1975, Jerry decided to strike out on his own, founding Pergolis & Swartz Associates, a mortgage and real estate syndication firm. During his 35-year tenure, he built a reputable and trusted firm, facilitating billions of dollars in transitions in mortgage origination and related services. In 2011, he co-founded HKS Real Estate Advisors, where he continued his successful journey in CRE. Jerry’s expertise spans various forms of lending, equity participation, and real estate development, making him a versatile asset to the team.
