Jacob Kaufman began his career in commercial real estate in 2020 as an Acquisitions Analyst for Edge Investments, a New York-based investment real estate firm. In 2021, Jacob joined Meridian Capital Group’s Debt Capital Markets team and over the course of the next three years assisted in financing over $2.6 billion in real estate transactions nationwide. While gaining a stock of experience in financing traditional commercial real estate assets, at Meridian Jacob also specialized in financing real estate healthcare assets such as skilled nursing, assisted and independent living facilities. In 2024, Jacob joined HKS’s Debt Capital Markets team and is responsible for origination support, underwriting, loan placement, due diligence and closings. Jacob graduated from Binghamton University’s School of Management in 2020 with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Liberal Arts.
