Alex Dobosh joined HKS and has been serving the firm across all verticals since 2019. Since joining, Alex has participated in closing over $750 million in transactions across all assets nationwide. These deals include acquisition financing, cash-out refinancing, ground-up construction development, underlying cooperative loans, CMBS transactions, and preferred equity and mezzanine financing opportunities. In 2022, Alex was listed on New York Real Estate Journal’s “Ones to Watch” list. Alex graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a degree in business administration and a focus in real estate. At Emory, he involved himself in various organizations, and as a result of his leadership was given Goizueta Business School's Campus Leadership Award in 2020.
